4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00);
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 58pp;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under PHP 50,000. Larger withdrawals or withdrawals to other payment methods may take up to twenty-four (24) hours or longer depending on the payment processor.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may request temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team.
